OUR MISSION
Serenity Community Homes strives to support individuals to identify skills, dreams/ goals, hobbies and independent living with our ongoing support to ensure a life enriched with growth and purpose. Staff are passionate and all have lived experience. We also provide priority placements to Veterans. We welcome referrals from individuals or agencies such as Veteran teams, detox and rehab placements, prisons, probation and drug and alcohol services, to ensure we can tailor our programme to the individuals needs.
